The Ives Hill Country Club Restaurant is open all year round for your enjoyment.

Monday - Thursday     11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Friday & Saturday 11:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Entrees

The entrees served at the Restaurant are all specially chosen and carefully executed with flair and style from Geoffrey Puccia, the Executive Chef.  His choices for the lunch hour include a Seared Scallop Salad, Turkey and Roasted Red Pepper Panini, Haddock Fillet, Hofmann Hots and an Italian Style Burger.  The Dinner Entrees, which change seasonally to give everyone new and fresh options for each visit,  include something for everyone's taste buds  such as a variety of Italian dishes, Seafood and Steak dishes to the Signature Salads.

Wines

Because of the deep interest in wines that the Executive Chef, Geoffrey Puccia has, the Ives Hill Country Club Restaurant has a broad selection of wines to offer from various locations  around the world.  On the wine list, which continues to grow daily, there is a wine to be paired with every Entree served. From the white wine list, one might choose Montes Chardonnay (Chile), San Giuseppe Pinot Grigio (Italy), Brancott Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand) or Beringer White Zinfandel (California).  The Red White list includes Montes Malbec (Chile), Masi Volpolicella (Italy), Kendall Jackson Merlot (California) and Antinori Sangiovese (Italy). 

Reservations

The Ives Hill Country Club Restaurant is open to the public but reservations are recommended for typically busy lunch and dinner hours.  Reservations for large parties are suggested.  Take outs are available beginning at 11:00 a.m.   For reservations or take outs call 775-IVES.
